Cret-Berard Hotel - Puidoux

Location: the hotel was just next door to fields and hills, the train station and the nature. Bed was good and the room was cosy. The staffs were kind & nice.

Our standard room was comfortable, the location in a peaceful area was amazing, and the staff here were friendly; also, it was close to fields, hills, and nature.

The people working here were all super friendly and welcoming! 😊

The bed was comfy, the room was comfy and cozy with a double bed; everything was clean and tidy, making for a pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and had a comfortable double bed, and the staff were extremely helpful during my stay.

The breakfast options were great, there was a lot to choose from. the staff at the front desk and in the dining area were super friendly. the location was awesome, right by Chexbres and surrounded by nature - it even felt like we were in the middle of a forest! 🌳

Warm hospitality and unique facility made my stay at Cret-Berard unforgettable. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of the experience.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful winding road leading up to it. the surrounding nature and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect romantic escape. the food at dinner was delicious and made with locally sourced ingredients, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

One aspect that was disappointing was the lack of wifi in the rooms. It would have been more convenient to have wifi access throughout the hotel, especially for those who needed to stay connected.

The scenery around the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the alps and Lake Geneva in the distance. the quiet, picturesque surroundings were just what we needed for a relaxing Thanksgiving getaway. the staff were incredibly positive and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the lack of snacks on offer, the drinks vending machine was convenient and accessible.

The towel was not changed on the first night, and there was no cleaning at all the next day. This was disappointing as we expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

This hotel is an exceptional value for your money. Its location on the hill amidst the forest is simply breathtaking. The clean rooms on the upper floor are comfy and cozy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The staff here is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. I also appreciate that there is WiFi in public areas only, it encourages relaxation and switching off.
